Turning my laptop into a living room gaming PC

I currently have a beefy, dedicated gaming desktop in my office but I also have a Razer Blade 15 (2018) that I am thinking about trying to turn into a living room PC. Is this possible? And I mean that by basically having it closed and plugged in 24/7 being able to turn it off/on (or sleep/wake up) without having to open the lid.

Sure why not just disable the open close Funktions in windows and thats it ( is the power button inside of the lid if yes you could only send it in standby and start it via mouse/keyboard and only full shut it down every week or so )

Can I still wake it up with a mouse/keyboard if I put it to hibernate?

Go into device manager (Control Panel) and then into mice or keyboard, then after that double click on either mice or keyboard, go into power managment, and enable "Allow this device to wake the computer".
