theres not many hackintosh heavy users here, so I’d recommend going over to tonymacx86 or r/hackintosh on reddit

In my experience neither VMWare Tools or VBox Additions will work when running macOS. Its not really surprising given how Apple don't exactly authorise users to run macOS on any non Apple hardware.

Its not even an ISO, its a DMG. Theres actually a way of getting the files direct from Apples download servers and they come uncompressed but I won't go into details about that here as I'm pretty sure it would count as piracy.
