Red LOS light on fiber optics box

The light is red and i dont have internet access

What does the red LOS light mean?

We'd have to get a model number on this box so we can look up the manual. It should tell us what LOS means but as Levent guessed Loss Of Signal is probably it.

 

If this is your Modem/router you can try restarting it. Sometimes that's all it needs. If that doesn't help then call your ISP.
