System keeps restarting while trying to install windows

So I recently built a pc, it posts just fine and everything is being detected. Im trying to install windows through the installer downloaded from windows website. When i boot with the usb, it loads me to the start of the windows setup process and just immediately restarts. Please help

Looks like something went wrong when you install the ISO on the USB (via rufus i suppose)

I hope thats it, it was installed on a usb from 5 below and using a computer thats.... really old, ill try using a different usb in my friends computer and lyk how that goes thanks
