What’s rest of the specs?

Is that new build or not? Did it run before? Did you change anything?

The PC parts are brand new. I never booted before with it. The build is also new.

Mobo: MSI Z390-A Pro

CPU: i3-8350K

RAM: Corsair Vegenance 2x8GB 3000Mhz

PSU: Corsair VS550 (2018)

Case: Coolermaster Masterbox MB511l RGB

SSD: Sandisk Plus SSD 240GB

It may be the case that the Mobo is faulty, I dont know how that is possible. But it could be.
