One of lan port was faulty ??

check your VLAN configurations and also make sure its a LAN port not WAN.

Some time ago, i plug new cable to the router (from existing 3 cable to 4) and the new one was connected to router but no internet, anyone got any idea?

Huawei sells a lot of routers. Gonna need more information than that. A model number specifically.

 

It's possible for ports to fail. I've had two routers in my time where ports stopped responding to a connected cable. You can try another cable you can try plugging it into something else. If there's no response and assuming it's the correct port then yeah it's probably dead.

owh s*it you are right it ported for wan, but unplugged, prolly because fiber optic port was used. sorry i didn't check that in the first place.
