Best way to do a speed test between two points on a network

TubsAlwaysWins

Does anyone have a good way to do a speed test between two points on a network? I'm upgrading a large spread out network that is connected with a bunch of ubiquity airmax antennaes and id like to know which ones could be upgraded

(think a speed test between point a on my network and point b)

I'd love to know the total mbps I can get, not just pings between them or a speed test to an off site server

Thanks

Which parts of the network are you trying to test?  You should be able to test from one airmax to another using the built-in speedtest in AirOS.

For LAN to LAN, iperf3.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
