Yo guys, so my gpu has a max Core clock of 775 MHz and and Memory Clock of like 1000 MHz and for some reason, The core clock is always at 300-400 MHz, and the memory clock is at 150-300 MHz (Even when gaming), I have no bottleneck, and the GPU or CPU is not overheating, it stays at 50 degrees, how do i Fix this, I have so many fps drops and I lag so much.

And what do you use to show the info?
If you need to ALT+TAB to see the info that might be why.
Also make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.

Their up to date and I use MSI Afterburner

And i tried playing it windowed with the msi afterburner running next to it, and still same thing
