is my cpu being cooled right

 I use the stock cooler

and i noticed that my cpu temp isnt where it used to be

it used to be around 21c to 36c

is it supposed to around this temp

Your ambient has been lower than what it is now. Or this is taken after pc has been running for few hours. 21-36C are good idle temps for AIOs and big tower coolers.
