Upgrading from RX 570 to RX 5700

steelo

Hey everyone,

So, I went ahead and ordered a XFX RX 5700 to replace my formidable but aging RX 570. My question is, should I completely remove all traces of AMD GPU drivers and software or will Adrenaline recognize the new card and automatically install the appropriate drivers?

Finally, should I keep AMD's Adrenaline suite installed or completely remove everything (GPU wise) and start from scratch?

Thanks! Do you think it's safe to keep the Oculus suite intact or should I reinstall that as well?

I'm not sure it has anything to do with changing gpu. try to keep it. if it's not working, reinstall

I wasn't sure if the Oculus software would look for my old GPU. Thanks
