OC - R5 2400g - ROG STRIX B450-F / HELP

I’m trying to over clock my Ryzen 5 2400g but I’m having an issue where my memory reads 2133mhz at 1.350v, when I’m trying to reach 3200. My memory is g.skill 2x8 3200 and is seated in the correct spots (2 and 4). Now unless I have read wrong and it needs to be in 1&3, I can’t figure out what my issue is. 

 

Or am I doing something wrong like the beginner noob that I am.

you need to save and exit after you set the 3200. if it boots, happy days. if it does a weird 3 restarts cycle, it means it wasn't stable and it was reseted to 2133. in which case, either increase dram voltage or decrease ram frequency.

Now I’m just trying to set my memory to 3200 without over clocking and I can’t even do that, so now I’m just confused.
