Need help with GPU Core Frequency throttling like nuts

BTW I have a MSI RX480 GAMING X

Looking at the graphs, it seems like the power is throttling too, and seems that its unable to maintain the max frequency, although the GPU load maintains at 100%

Better than posting a video (regardless of the fact I can't watch it) would be to post your full specs for starting out.
