throttling Need help with GPU Core Frequency throttling like nuts

Assuming this is MSI Afterburner and you have an NVIDIA card, you should be able to graph the performance limit reason. There's like 5 of them though so you need to graph all of them. That should give a hint as to why the frequency is being weird.

BTW I have a MSI RX480 GAMING X

Looking at the graphs, it seems like the power is throttling too, and seems that its unable to maintain the max frequency, although the GPU load maintains at 100%

Better than posting a video (regardless of the fact I can't watch it) would be to post your full specs for starting out.
