If your psu is not modular than Cooler master may be better option, you have psu shroud where all the cables can be hidden away

They cost pretty much the same where I live. My PSU is non modular so cable managent is really important

The MB511 Is overall the better case for cable management, build quality and (potential) airflow. (You'll need to add fans to leverage the better front panel, but either way)

I've got 2 more fans. Should I add them both on the front?

Definitely! As a general rule of thumb, two intake and one rear exhaust fan (which is all the case comes with out of the box) is the best overall.

That's kinda up to you. Most people see a 1-2ºC putting it in the front or top as intake (as opposed to the rear or top as exhaust)

I personally had an H90i (just the 140mm version of that) in the rear of my original case with an overclocked 4790K and it was perfectly fine. (under 72ºC basically all the time)
