new ram, what do I do next?

Maybe clear CMOS will help it read the second XMP profile? Should be a 4000MHz setting there

That's different, 1.4V is memory voltage, not VCCIO.

 

VCCSA and VCCIO can be increased to help with memory OC. I'd keep VCCSA max to 1.3V and VCCIO max to 1.25V. Dont think you need this high to make Intel CPUs run 4000MHz though, this is usually used for 4266MHz+ settings, though some may also use this or more while pushing really tight timings like 3600MHz CL12

Just got my new 4000mhz hyperx predator today, I took out my 3200mhz trident Z and replaced all 4 sticks. Any changes I need to make in bios? my system boots and all but it does restart after like an hour or so (happened twice) I suspect some ram related settings is not configuration properly. Side note, I see theres an XMP profile 1 and profile 2. When I select profile 1 it gives me Profile 1 DDR4 3600mhz along with my timings but when I select profile 2 nothing pops up. Sorry if this is hard to read :(

I resetted the CMOS but i still cant see profile 2

Profile 1 is 4000MHz, what did you type in your first post?

before i reset my cmos its 3600 now its 4000 which is nice but I am just curious as to what does profile 2 do

possible that the bios is hard programmed to see 2 XMP profiles even if there;s just only 1
