even the smallest custom built PCs should have full size PCIe slot, so either your worrying about something that isn't a problem or your wording is bad

It isn't custom tho ?
It's from dell.

This is the PC I'm getting. It's a Dell Optiplex 7010. I'm almost 100% sure those aren't full size.

EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SC GAMING, only 6.8 in, Perfect for mITX Build Graphics Card 06G-P4-6163-KR
This is my card. I do not know if it is low profile or not. Is there an adapter that I can use? I already bought the PC, it ships tomorrow, and I may have to switch the case.

If you already have the card and better psu, best option is swapping case for something more standard. 

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

Yes they are different. System which you bought is not standard one, they use smaller (thinner) cases, that’s why you will not be able to fit gpu and psu as well (they using thinner psu), that’s why I said it’s best to swap cases. MicroATX case will be fine as well for this mobo
