Honestly for the price difference, I would recommend just going for the 5700 XT.  10% extra performance doesn't sound like much but when you consider that historically the performance increase with new cards has only been roughly 25-30% over a 3 year period, that 10% equals a fairly huge longevity increase for a relatively small increase in price.

Upgrading storage is a whole lot easier than upgrading a video card.

The difference is about 10% in performance.

 

So if you think you could use that, then shoot for it.

 

Like @Princess Luna said though, what kind of performance are you wanting out of it?
