Turn off tv on monitor turning off

So a little backstory. After all this black Friday nonsense I ended up buying a TV to serve as a youtube screen for my pc. Set it up everything went fine it looked great but then I turned off my pc and all went to hell.
The TV doesn't turn off or on when my pc turns on or off it's monitors. I went into a googling madness and 6 hours later I had a solution.

I connected a raspbery pi 1 to my new TV via HDMI (in the HDMI port with cec) and my pc in the second HDMI port and I use putty and libcec to send cec commands to my TV.

So now I can trough putty turn on or off my TV cool.

Now I had another problem automating all this. So I made a bat script that would turn off or on the TV and using power triggers I made it run whenever my pc went into and out of suspension . Coo,l all good right ?

Nope.Turns out I don't suspend my computer normally it just turns off my monitors. And I can't find a way to trigger a script on these . So after my adventure I turn to you. How can I run a batch when windows turns the screens off and on? I couldn't make any google solutions work btw. Am on windows 10 .

Nope. It's a basic white brand TV. It's basically as dumb as I am.

Gotta ask. Since TV mode has been a thing since plasma's were popular.
