iCloud locked iphone

GeneralOxxy

I just fixed my iphone 7 plus's screen after been broken for like 4 months, ( I use another phone as my daily driver ) I forgot the passcode so I restored it through itunes, and now it tells me that I need the previous icloud email and password which I don't have because I bought this phone used, any tips?

Thanks in advance

If it is not your icloud account and its an account of the previous owner you will need to have them remove the device from there icloud account to beable to sign into yours. If you contact apple and can provide proof that you purchased the phone they can unlock it as well.

Otherwise you have a parts phone, or a not so nice paper weight.

just use I phone unlocking software if you don't have any important data to bypass icloud passcode

You can always take it to Apple see what they can do for you. I’m sure there’s some backdoor way of doing it but going through Apple first might help.

This seems like a generic scam software.
