Corsair Void Pro Wireless Headset any good?

K i a r a

Pretty much title, Looking for suggestions for my parents for a present for me, and I need a new mic, due to my current one being dead.

I was going to go with the K60, But my parents said they can spend extra so I saw the Void Pro, Its only 70$ CAD on sale from 120$.

The main issue I see is it falls off peoples head easy, and yeah the mic quality isnt that good, but I dont really care, only talk on discord some times. But i really like the look of it, and its wireless, I love wireless stuff lmao.

@rice guru I see you on this section a lot, so ill give it a shot.

I'm not a fan much prefer wired solutions . I'm a sound quality and

comfort before features kind of guy. Seems to be a decent solution and a a pretty good price if u need wireless. but if you care a out sound quality overall this isn't it.

If I really wanted wireless though I would probably go with this as it's tuned a little better. But if you don't have the cash to play with the void pro is probably decent enough.

I am not the least biased guy to ask about this unfortunately.

I am currently using it as my main for gaming. The directional sound on it is better than almost everything I've used in the same price range like the hyperX and etc.

Now here comes the cons, the loose head thing is true for people that likes to shake their head alot for some reason, also the pads aren't leather so you will need to clean them often and not quite as comfy. I bought some aftermarket leather pads to replace the ones that came with it and now its super comfy. Tight fit but it works.

Software wise, it's a real doozy because it can start auto shutting down for no reason and won't go away after a update. Had to send mine in and get a new one from corsair after paying for my own shipping. Sucks that they make you pay for shipping.
