System partition is on the wrong drive

As you can see here the system partition that I want to boot from is on my SSD but it has a drive letter and dosn't boot from it when I startup. It boots from Disk 3 and then runs on . How do I change the system partition to the one on the drive?

what happens if you unplug disk 3 and try to boot? maybe it's just the bios boot sequence that is set up to boot from disk 3 first.

Ths is why you unplug all drives except the OS drive while installing windows.

Yeah I tried that, gave an error that it failed to boot

I ended up marking the drive as active and then removing the USB drive. Did the trick
