I've tried to insert my mic's 3.5mm jack cable to my audio in port (the red one), it's detected by windows, but won't pickup sound/voices.

That microphone probably uses the 4-pole 3,5mm headset connector. And the PC uses the old standard stereo connections that are only 3-pole.

As you can see on the picture, your microphone most likely has the most right connection style (guessing by that it works on your phone).
But the computer only accepts up to the middle one. But you could also do with left most since microphones mostly are mono and not stereo.

Very informative, so this means there is no way for me to use it on PC? Or maybe I can buy this "PC Headset" head separately?

I dod not make the picture so the text under it might be confusing. But the PC Headset is the connector on the mic right? You should be able to see if its 3 or 4 parts on the plug.
There are adapters. Also you might be able to re-wire the microphone is the cable allows it. But easiest is to buy adapter like the one i linked earlier.

Yes that's a 4pole headset connector, like the "PC Headset" one.
PC only accepts the middle "Stereo" one.

You need an adapter, or change the wires out if that is an option.
