Can my computer take SSD M.2?

Hi guys! I am looking at the back of my computer and it looks like the port at the top of the computer is a slot for a M.2 ssd. Is that correct? Also what is the port on the bottom of the picture that is tainted yellow? Thanks! IMG_20191124_184645.thumb.jpg.9021c5dbeabe530fe79ef48b4f2ae182.jpg

looks like it, better check whether the laptop has the option for M.2 SSD out of the factory first

What is the manufacturer and model number of the computer? You can find it on a label on the bottom.
