The TU150 is the simplest solution, both in terms of your usage request and ease of build. Anything else needs a separate carrying case* and is either larger in various dimensions and/or harder to build in both in terms of component choice and assembly.

 

 

*Yes, you can carry the smaller ITX cases easily but no handle means you are statistically speaking much more likely to drop the thing.

This is actually a compelling option, i might consider it.

That depends on what type of CPU cooler you need. A low profile cooler like an LH9 or a Cryorig C7 can cool most mid ranged CPU's, and even high end CPU's in an eco mode.
