Posted November 22, 2019 I'm not one who builds PCs. I get pre-built systems. Today I got one more stick of RAM. It's a different brand than the first stick if that helps. But when I installed it and all, it wouldn't show up! Please help!

Okay, just curious: -What prebuilt system are you talking about? -What type of RAM are you trying to add (the sticker on the RAM should have P/N or the information)? -Is the RAM not showing at BIOS or not showing in Windows? Can you check your BIOS if the system can detect the newly installed RAM? I have ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). I'll try my best to make my post as non-offensive as much as possible.
