probably heard this a lot but need help with a possible new setup.

Sorry for posting another one of these but wanna get more peoples opinion on if this setup will be any good? I'm currently running an older "gaming" pc if you wanna call it that: MB asus z97-p, CPU intel i5 4690 (runs like crap for me?), RAM ddr3 16gb 666mhz dual channel corsair(i think? cant remember), 850w PSU and a 1050ti windforce OC (its done me well so far and will probably upgrade later on but right now its good.). I have an SSD that runs the windows main system and two other HHD's that run the games and what not, gonna slowly upgrade them to SSD's or hybrid drives? Not sure. And then put windows onto an m.2 for even more performance.

Now the setup i want to go too is something like this:

Either the asus x470 prime x470 pro or the aorus b450 pro for the motherboard not sure which one would be best.

For the CPU i was gonna go for the ryzen 2700x (anyone know what the best bios setting for this cpu is?)

For the RAM i was gonna go for the corsair vengeance 2x8GB 3200mhz ddr4.

And i was gonna keep the same PSU and GPU.

Will this new setup be any good? Are there any issues that i could come across? Is there anything i should change to make it more efficient (on a tight budget as is so can't afford anything stupid)? What bios settings would be best for the CPU and RAM? and again sorry for posting another one of these.

If you want to save some money, you can get cheap 2700x's for around £75. Try to get a local deal on a 3600X or a 3700X. You can upgrade your GPU later with this setup if you want to.

This ^ is a solid suggestion, but as @SavageNeo asked for, a budget is needed to suss out a system for you.

As cheap as possible really. I'm waiting for the amazon black friday deals to see if I can upgrade any bits for around the same price. I'm in the UK and trying to find a decent second hand PC parts place is impossible.

I'll give it a look but rather get new than used pc parts. Just my preference really.

As cheap as possible really. Around £100-130ish for the motherboard cpu i dont really wanna go over £200 and ram is around £80ish. But depending on what is in the amazon black friday sales I might get some better bits but not sure.

Are there any bios settings I need to change with this setup? I know I need to make sure the ram is running at 3200mhz for the cpu to work properly but are there any other things I would need to change? Also would I be able to use a pcie extension to m.2 ssd with this motherboard and cpu(pic of what I wanna use attached)?
