Should I get a gigabyte rx 570 with 4gb or go and extra 25$ for a 8gb version?

Just go for 8GB

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

You can always get your money back if something goes wrong, but most likely you can save some money and get a faster 480 or 580

What about international taxes? Right now I'm in Canada and most of the good listings are in the U.S., taking taxes and shipping into consideration it seems like a relatively good deal. My problem is, I'm moving to mexico in less than a month so I'm anxious about returns and such. Should I just wait to get back to mexico and buy from there?

Then maybe just go retail, dunno what parts mexico has easy access to, unless you can just buy from the US there as well.

I know that eBay can be pretty sketchy especially on electronics but I got my 570 for 90 us dollars and it’s worked fine for almost a year know. Me and the seller talked and he used it for mining but he undervolted and underclocked it so maybe it’ll take some digging and research but it was worth saving 30 dollars

Looking at the prices alone convinced me right now. I think I'll bite and hope for the best. (and hope it arrives before I move)

I’ll try to help you find a decent buy, also it’s not worth getting the 8gb model in my opinion given it’s not the most powerful card unless ur playing in 4K or 1440p.

Thanks. Seeing as all the "freedom" I get with budgeting on ebay, I want to treat myself to a Red Devil if possible but oh well

Here is a seller I bought a card from (not the 570) but still a good seller plus it’s cheaper than most selling and fastish shipping https://www.ebay.com/itm/XFX-Radeon-RX-570-4GB-RS-Graphics-Card/153651415461?hash=item23c65689a5:g:V7EAAOSwqLFdUp5d
