Fiio E07K.. Worth to upgrade?

Hey all, 

I currently have a older Fiio E07k Andes link is HERE. Would getting a new DAC/AMP like the SMSL M3 or something like it be any better then the Fiio Andes I already have?

I wouldn't really call this much of an upgrade.
