Have you checked for any invasive background tasks?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Either there is some very heavy task running in the background or your cooling is broken/installed incorrectly I would think.

Check taht you have under 1.4V on your cpu. Disable precision overdrive if you can. Mount new thermal paste (do not put too much) and cooler back. Buy another cooler. If does not help, your cpu might be broken.

@Fasauceome @martward there are no tasks except for opera taking 15% cpu but i think its not that much right?

No that shouldn't be it. I would check the cpu cooler, might not be mounted correctly.

That's a good first step

Probably yeah. Did you build it yourself?

In that case:

- Did you remember to remove the plastic on the cooler?

- Did you remember to apply thermal paste?

- Is the cooler straight on the cpu and relatively tight on there?

@martward No. It was build by local pc store, was looking very good and stable, and at the time i needed a new pc, so i bought it.

Then you should make use of the warranty and return it to the Store. Either they repair it or at least you get your money back.

Then I wouldn't touch it and ask the people at the pc store to fix it for you. If you start reviewing with it your warranty may be void so just let then figure it out.

Sounded like it was a new bought system. Anyway you could take it to the store and ask for support.
