The Rosewill Dual Fans MicroATX Mini Tower is $20 on Amazon, though the front panel is only USB2.

 

Comes with a front 120mm fan and back 80mm fan, so for someone looking for a budget case for a project, it could be interesting ;

Wow that thing is straight out 2006 lol floppy bay, tiny fans, the whole nine yards.  But it is cheap so yeah good option if that stuff doesn't matter xD

I myself got the Rosewill SRM-01 last year when it was on sale for $18 (CAD) on Amazon ... not sure how they make money on these because I suspect the shipping price is more than the case !! :P

 

And I didn't need a matx case, I just thought it was so cheap that I shouldn't miss it !! It's still in it's box, sealed and unopened! ?

Almost as much.  Varies by where you live though.  Of course, if you had Prime, or just needed to get some other stuff at the same time anyway, then this isn't an issue.

I snagged one of these @ 17 shipped from Newegg less than a year ago, its still in the box under the bed.  For the price I could not pass it up.  Worst part is randomly Ill go searching for some mATX boards to try to fill it with something...that I don't need lol
