Posted November 9, 2019 I started to observe in task manager to see the existece of ccleaner running in background using sometimes even 30% of the cpu but only for a few seconds which after it disapears and everything gets to normal. the problem repeating once a every 1-3 minutes I want to mention that I never had ccleaner in my PC. That is a Virus, it was likely hidden inside the installer of some sort of shady app. Viruses like those wont be detected by Windows Defender, you should try to scan with Total AV there on of the best for Hidden Viruses.
