So I Found out how to search for what I need into youtube I typed "how to upgrade kubuntu 18.04 to kubuntu 19.10" and this is the only real example that I could find on youtube that I can find and its for way older versions of Ubuntu and I couldn't find anyhing for Kubunutu but I found this one Youtube video in wich he used these comands in the terminal do I use it to upgrade to newest version.

sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade -y && sudo apt autoremove -y

sudo nano /etc/update-manager/meta-release

replace release.neon.kde.org with metadata.neon.kde.org
