XMP is just XMP; it works both on AMD and Intel.

XMP is just XMP; it works both on AMD and Intel.

Hey Loenneborg,

 

The ram that you have purchased should be okay. As far as I am aware, most motherboards will come with preset XMP profiles that you are able to use.

XMP works on both AMD and Intel. 

 

on AMD board bios it might name it DOCP for reason related to something i dont know the details of.

Reason is Copyright. XMP and DOCP is basically the same thing but from 2 different manufacturers.
