Will Intel xmp affect an amd Cpu?

XMP is just XMP; it works both on AMD and Intel.

on AMD board bios it might name it DOCP for reason related to something i dont know the details of. 

Reason is Copyright. XMP and DOCP is basically the same thing but from 2 different manufacturers.
