just built pc, got into bios fine kept crashing while installing windows, tryed a few things and now it loads to splash screen and goes black , cant even get into bios.

What are your components, what did you try that then resulted you in not being able to load into the BIOS, and how did you choose to install windows? Theres not much information to go off of here...
