Asus Or MSI..

Down to the two, Listed below. As it goes that Asus is the highest to the MSI  in core boost but also the cost is different. Cost doesn't matter. I be running at 1440p And will be displayed as I have an glass case.

You probably won't see a noticeable difference in performance, but I would probably go with the ASUS just in case you encounter any problems. MSI is notorious for not having great customer care.

Is those are the only choices, Asus it is. Prefer there’s next to evga if I’m forced to go 3rd party.

What's your color scheme? Unless you are going with red/black, go for the STRIX.

 

Wait, did MSI actually make the Gaming X cooler a solid color? In that case, it really just comes down to your preference. Unlike motherboards, which MSI has been struggling with compared to Asus with newer releases, GPUs should perform relatively similar with any of the aftermarket coolers available.

 

What motherboard do you have, though, for RGB connectivity purposes?

If cost doesn't matter the cheapest 2060 or cheapest non-blower RX 5700 is better, this is 1440p we're talking about and 1660ti is only barely enough (60fps target) in most games at that resolution today.

Asus motherboard and doesn't have RGB connectivity support. It's an X79

I would recommend the ASUS graphics card because I've always had a good experience with their product line.  But realistically it comes down to what card you think looks best because they should both perform roughly the same.
