Need Advice for new PC Build for a friend

So I was recommending my friend some PC parts for a new build, I never did an AMD build before so I was just seeing if these parts will all work with each other.

Looks fine, but don't order until Black Friday.

  • Why 2 SSDs? What capacities?
  • Make sure it's fast RAM

My friend plays a lot of games, the 970 Evo for the OS and games he wants to load really fast, and the other one is for just the rest of his stuff.

some alternatives for ssd

OS: adata sx8200 pro (at least 512GB)

other storage: bx500

That 970 is really really not needed. Just go with the sx8200 that was suggested, the difference will be negligible. Also will that cooler clear that ram?
