Need help about amd chipset drivers

Hi everyone, looking this page

you can see there are 2 different amd chipset driver

 

Version 1.7.29.0115 2019/08/02 49.87 MBytes      (newer version avalaible on amd website)

description:

AMD Chipset driver

- Update AMD chipset driver 19.10.xx first before update this driver

 

AND

Version 19.10.22 2019/07/31 370.31 MBytes   (do not found this on amd website on b450 download page)

Why there are 2 different amd chipset driver? are both needed? where can i found a more updated of the second one on amd website?
