Razer Naga Chroma 2014 Lights are out of sync

Title. My Blackwidow Chroma works fine, but whenever I try to change colors in Synapse, my Naga displays the wrong colors, specifically on the scroll wheel and logo. This is really infuriating because I just got my Blackwidow Chroma after 5 years of waiting and this mouse hasn't done me wrong the entire time. I just want to finally be able to have a sick light show in my dorm when all the lights are off  Anyone got a reason why this is happening?

I actually have a similar issue. Sometimes it's a case of displaying the wrong hue. It's like the scroll wheel and razer logo are out of sync with the side keys
