I'd totally get that. As long as they don't ask the same amount as a new title.

I still remember the 10 minutes of back and forth calling it'd take to connect properly. Oh 56k dial up when you only had a single phone line...

-snip-

Your post just inspired me to try out a C&C game and I came across a free demo on this Steam page... Command Conquer Red Alert 3. Remembering that this game was on Xbox 360 and always wanting to give it a go back then but somehow never did, I quickly installed the demo. Out of nowhere, I was greeted with this intro movie...

Three of the greatest bad guys of all time in a video game that I never played right in front of me, I watched the entire intro. It was seriously like seeing a new movie in theaters. I also played a little bit of the game in 1440p and it really looks good. I'm dealing with a learning curve though and have no clue what exactly it is that I'm suppose to do. The water reminds me of Just Cause 3 as I play it. It hasn't dropped in price since summer time though but I might buy it for $4.99 when it eventually does. It has quite a few more random people showing up in the cinematic cut scenes and I know almost every single one of them. Never even knew all these people were in video games.

Whole collection usually goes on sale for $4.99

Here in the UK

I was able to find out that it hits $4.99 to $5.99 at GreenManGaming, but we're talking 1-3 times a year. Not this usual that was spoke of...

Regardless, I kind of just want to play one, maybe two C&C games. Red Alert 3 in particular.
