Laptop CPU vs. Tablet CPU

I need a Tablet for some Outdoor Filming, Editing,... Stuff.
Since my Laptop is not Watertide I need a propper Tablet.

My Laptop use this CPU: 6600U and the Tablet would use the other:

So when the Software (W7) run on my Laptop the should work on the Tablet (W10) to?
