Budget PC for streaming and video editing and gaming

I just want this pc to be able to stream around 1080p60fps and edit video and play some games on it.

 

My budget for my pc is 1.5k-1.7kUSD

Ryzen 3rd gen's having a laugh

 

the board's weak, Gigabyte Aorus Elite is much better

 

Other brands offer better deals than Samsung
