Overclocking a I5 3570K

So I am wanting to overclock my I5 3570K, I was wondering what I should set everything to in the bios.

 

Components:

CPU = I5 3570K

MOBO = MSI Z77A - G43

COOLER = Silverstone TD03 Slim 120  

Ram = 16gb DDR3 2x8 HyperX Fury 1600MHz

GPU = RX 570 4gb

PSU = Silverstone 650W 80+ Bronze
