People who use the forums for just getting banned in your school could get your IP banned. Try to stay away from them or stop them. I had an experience with it...

I dnt need to worry about ip bans my ip changes all the time.

I think it is safe to assume that nobody at my school but me is on LTT.

How? 

We use dynamic ip address for internet in my country every time i reset my router my ip address changes.

 

 Sometimes it is annoying tough on certain websites such as battle net it thinks i'm an impostor.

LTT has recently been banned on my schools wifi as it web chat.

I imagine so. But I know (er I at least have talked to) most of the computer nerds here and none of them have heard of Linus. My only fear is the school itself catching on and patching the firewall so I can't come here anymore.

Probably the only one in my school too. IP bans aren't really an issue because you can just change it, but mac address bans are the ones you should care about. (The only thing I've seen that I can change the mac address on is my modified router.)

 

Just use a proxy. (Hola! for Chrome is a good proxy extension. I use it for BBC iPlayer and to get netflix stuff only in other countries.)

I use the Personal Wifi, which some of the teachers use, so LTT probably won't get banned. Main reason I use it is a. I can't get back onto the Student2 (reset Chromebook) b. I LOVE PANDORA.

Vpn's and proxies work magic. Look up ultra surf

 

My school is actually good on their security. They were founded in 2010 so it makes sense. I know one kid was suspended for using a proxy but I have not heard anything about VPNs but I don't want to risk it.

Well... i kind of understand what you're getting it, but i'm not sure how staying away from that person would stop your school's IP address being banned.

Oh i see. So what you were saying was that there are people who see you are on a forum, and then go on it themselves to get banned so that you can't go on it.

 

From what you said i thought you meant someone randomly goes on forums just because they want to get banned for no reason, and you just happened to take the consequences of the ban.
