PC Lags

Mantvislt3

Hi guys, I'm new here so can you help me guys. My PC lags very that I can't browse in internet. Drivers are latest and Windows 7 not old enough (1 mounth old). Yesterday with my old hdd (150gb 1.5GB/s) tried to install Windows, at first run smooth no lag but after I installed drivers it started to lag. Tried defrag hdd, find bad sectors, tweak and everything that I could find in Internet. I will attach Speccy snapshot, because you guys are better troubleshooter than me :). And sorry bad at English.
Motherboard - P7H55/usb3, Graphics card - GTX 560Ti, Ram - 8gb ADATA, HDD - 2TB WD Red.

as you said that is started having those problems just after having installed the drivers, you should try to ged rid of them one by one and see when it gets better

Below is your motherboard. Did you put your graphics card in the PCIEX16_1 slot or any other ?(it should be the top blue one )

The manual of your motherboard states your graphics card should be placed there for optimal performance.

If I read it right,  Speccy shows the only PCI slot in use is the PCIEX1_1 , the small one below the PCI-slot recommended for it. That would be throttling your gpu.

PCIEX16_1 There is GPU in PCIEX16_2 Soundblaster. In PCIEX16_2 Gpu will work little bit slower

if that processor is at 20%, it might be a whole single core at 100% utilization, check what process is using the most CPU in the task manager

The speccy log shows something else. I checked with my own slightly newer motherboard, and it still shows "in use" when you use a PCI slot, so if you use  X16_1 and X16_2, why is only X1_1 showing as in use in the PCI data below:

Slot PCI-E
Slot Type PCI-E

in the "processes" tab of the task manager it shows the discrete percentages

anyway 15% looks fine, i don't think that's the reason of the "lag"
