rgb fan controller

so i recently bought a new case, this one https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811353158 

 

it comes with an included rgb fan hub, and im looking to buy a few extra rgb fans because I like the unicorn puke. 

question is do I need to buy this company's specific fans, or will any regular rgb fan work with the hub?

that would depend on what connector is used. ill have to have a pic of the hub and fan connector. my guess is it uses a generic connector.
