something's seriously wrong with my pc. i think it's only related to the explorer.exe since it seems the problem only affects things connected to it

looks like a broken font to me, not sure how you fix that though

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

It looks like you have set the default Windows font to something like Microsoft Whitings or something

 

If you go to Control Panel, Fonts, Font Settings there should be an option to restore default fonts. Try that

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.
