Posted October 12, 2019 I tried connecting my S8 Active to my USB-C hub, with a HDMI to DVI-D cable, but it kept saying "Make sure that HDMI is plugged in properly". Can anyone help me plz? Posted October 12, 2019 Is it a officially DeX compatible hub? If not, getting DeX to run is iffy at best. Have you (if possible) tried just HDMI?
