Excellent temps,but the temps will rise more at longer stress times because you only stressed it for 4 minutes and 16 seconds

honestly, it wont rise much though. Its a weaker chip, the 8400 so it wont get that hot like an unlocked chip would.

about 70c running p95 test 20mins~

I would recommend using AIDA64 and stress testing cpu fpu and cache for 1 hour and checking the temps

There are pros and cons to graphite pads, but for 24/7 usage, its really not good because the main reason for thermal paste is to fill the gaps. No IHS or cold plate on a cooler is perfectly flat, so thermal paste is the optimal choice so you can fill that gap properly for optimal thermal transfer. With a graphite pad, there is a potential that those wont be covered properly and could introduce other issues/variables.
