If you have signed up for the elder scrolls beta, check your email, because there should be an email regarding a beta code if not, they may still be accepting beta applications, though I'm not sure.

 

EDIT: beta only available to those running windows or osx. Sorry Linux users!

It's the same key as the first one you got (unless you haven't activated that one). It won't work for someone else.
