Laptop Windows 10 Screen problem (Strange lines)

The problem mostly is on Chrome and Internet Explorer sometimes apps are also off like discord and mail.

 

please help i don’t want to do a clean install.

Did you try

1. Reinstalling video drivers?

2. Rebooting the system (Kappa)

3. Trying to boot into safe mode and try opening those apps

Thanks it worked I tried searching for updates but your reply made me think about deleting.
